3.2 Reviewing and Revising YourWriting Seek input on the proposal from as many different perspectives as possible. Think about all the people who might read the proposal, from the top decision maker down to technical factor evaluators, contracting officers, and cost analysts. Within your organization, you should be able to find people who will have similar perspectives and levels of knowledge to what you expect in the customer’s organization. Try to recruit reviewers with the same outlook and background. Figure 17 shows some suggestions on who might be helpful.

Figure 17. Potential Reviewers to Enhance Content. Look for individuals to examine your proposal who can be unbiased and review from an evaluator’s perspective. Remember to consider legal and contractual aspects of your document. The important thing is to solicit feedback from those who can help you improve, not just those who will praise your efforts.
