3.3 Participating in a Red Team Review Once the proposal draft is near completion, a careful and thorough review should take place, often called a Red Team review. The proposal writer may participate; however, this is an opportunity for others (technical, management, sales) to review the near-final content to confirm the sales message and compliance with requirements.
